Q. How long should we sell our products for?

A. Most groups normally sell for two weeks, if you sell any longer the motivation is often lost.

Q. How long is a typical fundraiser?

A. You sell for two weeks, place the order, and within 10 days you recieve your delivery. The total campaign should last 1 month.

Q. Who makes the delivery?

A. All deliveries are made by CB Enterprises at your specified time and day. Our trucks are refrigerated to 20 degrees assuring your product arrives safe and frozen.

Q. How long can the frozen product sit out?

A. You can leave the product un-refrigerated for 10-12 hours. All products must be refrigerated or frozen overnight.

Q. What happens if mistakes are made with the ordering?

A. We will provide the additional product in a timely fashion to keep your customers happy. Because we are a local Virginia company our ability to make quick corrections are possible.

Q. When is payment due?

A. Payment is due within 10 days after delivery. There is no charge for delivery unless payment is past 10 days. Many groups prefer to make payment at time of delivery for convenience.

Q. Do we have to sort all of the fundraisers or do some programs come pre-sorted by student?

A. It depends on the fund raiser chosen. Most frozen food programs need to be sorted by the organization. This requires a few volunteers. The candy type fund raisers will arrive pre-sorted by student name, you will only need to pass out the box or bag with that students name.

Q. Can I get some references?

A. Sure. Just contacts us and we will provide customers names for ways to contact them.
